1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To request a return, email us at modhandcraftora@modhandcraftoraltd.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order items
• Items marked as final sale

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).
